Southern Hills Wind Watch is a 501c4 nonprofit organization. This group is for those in the greater southern hills region to share information, learn, and organize regarding the proposed Palmer wind turbine project in our area. The project could see as many as twenty-five 600+ foot towers built in the towns of Otisco, Lafayette, and Tully.
