The Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals, Local 4098, is a labor organization that was established on September 1, 1980. The Federation currently represents over 700 members who are dedicated to providing superior educational and medical support services to the students in the Springfield Massachusetts Public School district. The membership of the Federation includes Para-Educators, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Occupational Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Assistants. We are affiliated with AFTMA, AFT and AFL/CIO.
