We are a coalition of residents, neighbors, advocates, and community leaders standing together to protect the residents of the historic College Court. College Court sits in one of our city’s oldest Black neighborhoods, Limerick Neighborhood. This site represents generations of resilience, homeownership, and collective stewardship. Today, tenants—both renters and owners—face displacement after years of rising costs, neglect, and the sale of units to a college seeking to redevelop the property. Our group is committed to defending the rights of residents, preserving this historic community, and ensuring that the people who built this neighborhood are not pushed out.
