We are a youth-led group of community members and students of all kind. We have identified a need to engage more of Flagstaff's community around the issue of climate change and in supporting environmental & social justice initiatives in the region. We are unsatisfied with the inaction of our decision-makers to take action on climate and are supportive of a just transition towards a clean energy economy. We don't see a reason to choose between working on elections and creative protest—its obvious both are needed. We are open to a range of non-violent direct action / conventional tactics in order to hold our institutions and politicians accountable and to support in building a network of grassroots activists in the Southwest.
