Teachers Association of Long Beach (TALB) has worked to support educators in Long Beach Unified School District. Currently with over 3,700 members, TALB is the exclusive bargaining agent for all certificated employees including classroom teachers, nurses, librarians, speech & language pathologists, coaches, JROTC instructors, specialist teachers, and program facilitators, psychologists.

As a union, we advocate for protecting members’ rights and professional interests with the District. We advocate for improved working conditions because that improves students’ learning conditions.
