A year ago, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats asked Our Revolution Texas to join it and other organizations in endorsing the Texas Fair Justice Act of 2021.

The TFJA demands the following:

• Statewide Marijuana Legalization
• Community Re-Entry
• Bail Reform
• Protections Against Officer Abuses of Discretion
• Restorative Justice
• Diversion Programs and Other Prison Alternatives
• Rehabilitation
• Ban the Box
• Community Policing
