The community Resource Center is a non-profit community based organization, established 1967 for the purpose of helping people meet basic daily needs and serving the economically disadvantaged communities. We are located in the heart of the most economically challenged community in the City of East Liverpool, and perhaps the county.
It serves as a focal point for the immediate and extended communities offering programs and vital services that will motivate as well as challenge their abilities for long term solutions. Our goal is to assist in overcoming economical, educational, social, and environmental adversities that could otherwise prevent personal as well as professional successes.
