Our goal at The Labor Force is both audacious and simple: to leverage mass public support of the labor movement and build worker power in a way that has never been seen before.

We are currently building The Labor Force into the project this moment needs: an online community of millions mobilizing quickly to support pressing labor campaigns, build union density in America, and safeguard our democracy.

We partner with traditional and independent unions and workers’ centers across the country to add the power of our community to the most pressing labor campaigns. Each week, our community will mobilize to support the needs of these campaigns through donations, petitions, phone calls, rallies, and more.

Because the labor movement belongs to all workers, by extension so does our work. In order to support the full span of the labor movement with integrity, we do not get involved in inter-organizational or other disputes, nor are our campaign choices influenced by funding. We are an independent decision-making body with the sole objective of supporting workers and building power as a unified labor movement.
