The Patients Union is building collective power for people navigating illness, disability, caregiving, medical debt, and a healthcare system that too often leaves us isolated at our most vulnerable.

For too long, we’ve been left to fight alone: on hold with insurance companies, negotiating hospital bills, appealing denials, rationing medication, or carrying the quiet weight of medical debt. That isolation isn’t accidental. It’s built into a system that profits from our confusion and exhaustion.

The Patients Union exists to change that.

We are building a patient-led movement where we:

• Connect with one another instead of suffering in silence

• Share real stories with dignity and accountability

• Learn how the system works—and how to challenge it

• Organize together to demand care, not profit

This is an experiment in belonging, courage, and collective action. What we build together now will determine how strong this union becomes.
