The Urgent Housing Initiatives mission is to bring long-term metamorphosis in the lives of chronically homeless individuals and families no matter their challenges. We purport to do this through clean, secure, housing and an array of pivotal supportive wrap-around services that will ultimately lead to maximum independence.

At The Urgent Housing, we will provide: housing, employment, screening, intake, orientation, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, client education, record keeping, and consultation with other professionals (mental health and general), food, clothing, and collaborative efforts with other community based organizations to ensure that all homeless individuals and families that walk through our doors are provided with maximum efforts of services and supportive wrap-around assistance.

We provide housing to all homeless populations via 2010e Supportive Housing Packages and other city subsidies. We are also a healthcare provider thru Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We also provide other wraparound serviced such as employment, case management, mental health and substance abuse counseling in order to treat the whole individual and their families if need be.
