Our mission is to contribute necessary mental strengths and knowledge needed to progress in today’s America. Though SPEAR we promote forward movement to help trans adolescents cope with the inevitable challenges that they will face within our society.

Vision:

A future for trans individuals where the possibilities, opportunities and dreams are not hindered by the inability to be happy within one’s self.
