We, the United Museum Workers of Austin, stand together to build a better and more equitable workplace at the Thinkery Children's Museum in Austin, TX. We help to educate and inspire the children of Austin. We work hard to foster joyful curiosity in all ages. The museum works because we do. We firmly believe in the vision and key values of the Thinkery, especially those of INCLUSION, RESPECT, and COOPERATION.  We know forming a union will empower us to build an institution that can carry those values into the future.
