Friends of PFA, a community coalition in support of Preschool for All

We strongly support fully funding Multnomah County’s Preschool for All program without cutting any corners! Approved nearly 2 to 1 by voters, Preschool for All is designed to make free, high-quality preschool available to all children in Multnomah County by 2030, funded by an income tax on the affluent. The program is well on its way to this goal, with 3,800 spots for families available in 2025-26.
