Women's Initiative Network (WIN to Lead) is a Democratic club, chartered by the Los Angeles County Democratic Party and the Democratic Party of the San Fernando Valley, focused on two key areas:

• Offering expertise and organization of voter registration, voter education, and get-out-the-vote actions in support of Democratic values and candidates supporting CA25, AD38 and AD36; and
  
• Developing Democratic/progressive women for leadership roles in community and government, to close the gender gap in appointed and elected offices.
