Women Run Campaigns

Women make Democratic campaigns happen. Yet too often, we are seen as "just" the do-ers rather than the smart campaign geniuses setting the strategy from the top. It's time to change that perception, and get more women into campaign leadership roles!

Inspired by Erica Sagrans' article in Teen Vogue encouraging more women to become campaign managers (https://www.teenvogue.com/story/more-women-campaign-managers), Nelini Stamp started a signup form for women who want campaign manager training--and more than 2,500 have signed up! Ladies from the Working Families Party and allies are now organizing trainings for women who are interested in becoming campaign managers or staffers.

Our focus is on progressive campaigns that emphasize racial and economic justice, and on centering the leadership of women of color staffers and candidates as much as possible.
