We are community organizations, parents, educators, health care workers, faith communities, and students united in the belief that we need Comprehensive Sex Education in the Worcester Public Schools. Comprehensive Sex Education has been proven to help young people delay the initiation of sex, develop effective communication skills including recognizing and asking for consent, and prevent STIs and sexual assault. Young people in Worcester deserve accurate information about their own sexual health and the tools to help them build healthy relationships and navigate difficult situations.
