We are very sad to learn that the San Francisco Unified School District has rescheduled ‘professional development’ trainings for SFUSD educators, lead by a pro-war, pro-genocide organization. The American Jewish Committee (AJC) is not a credible organization to lead any training for San Francisco educators. The AJC has consistently denied the scale of civilian deaths in Gaza, and has platformed Benjamin Netanyahu, an internationally recognized war criminal. It is a resounding failure of San Francisco’s district leadership that such an organization was invited to train teachers.
