Our voices are making a difference! The House and Senate Public Health Committees reported favorably H.4590/S.1546, An Act to improve indoor air quality for highly-impacted communities, and with the help of all of us, the House Committee also reported favorably H.2369, An Act to ensure cleaner air for communities overburdened by outdoor air pollution in advance its November deadline. As we celebrate this progress, we call on you to continue the momentum by advocating to Senate Public Health Committee, asking them to report favorably our Senate outdoor bill S.1548 in advance of its December 3rd reporting deadline. If the bill does not advance or receive an extension ahead of its deadline, it will be dead for the rest of the legislative session.
