The Scottish Borders Pension Fund is investing members’ money in companies are complicit in the genocide in Gaza, and the illegal occupation of the Palestinian Territories, which the ICJ (International Court of Justice) has advised amounts to apartheid. These companies include; Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman. The Borders Pension Fund must urgently divest from arms companies and review its portfolio to ensure they are not investing in any companies identified in the report on human rights abuses in the Occupied Territories by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCHR).
