3 Year Pause on Data Centers in Lochbuie
Update on Lochbuie data centers July 7th 2026.
At the last city council meeting, we packed the room! Your neighbors demanded a 3 year moratorium on data centers instead of the 60 day that was described in the bill. Your city council agreed completely, and they all voted to move the bill to a full vote on July 21st!
What is coming?
We can expect pro data center to show up to this next meeting, so we need to be there at city council either on Zoom or In Person. Today, you can take action today by sending an email to your city council and ask that they continue to vote yes to pass the 3 year pause on data centers in Lochbuie.
Why are we preparing now?
A moratorium on data centers protects what matters most to Lochbuie families: stable utility bills, clean air for our children, and enough water for generations to come
That's why we need your support to tell Lochbuie Board of Trustees to support the 3 year moratorium on data centers being brought forward by Mayor Jamie Jeffery.
