Support 242 New Homes for Families on the Westside!
The Westside neighborhood of Pico-Robertson has a chance to welcome 242 new homes at 9700 Pico Blvd., and half of them are two- and three-bedroom apartments built with families in mind. That means room for young families and a way for neighbors who already love this community to stay as their households grow.
The project turns an underused commercial lot into homes, with no one displaced. It also includes 11 homes for Very Low Income families and would send an estimated $5.5 million to LA's Housing Impact Trust Fund to fund more affordable housing developments across the city.
On October 6th, the South Robertson Neighborhood Council’s Land Use Committee will weigh in on the project, and they need to hear from neighbors in support of more people being able to live close to their jobs on the Westside and more families being able to call this wonderful neighborhood home.
