Our speech, ideas, and news should not be controlled by unaccountable billionaires. Elon Musk uses and will continue to use X to amplify his views and silence dissenters. If our public square is controlled by an unaccountable billionaire, our society will become increasing corrupt and less free.

In order to end X's dominance, we need to support a transition to Bluesky. At a minimum, this means adding Bluesky links to websites and then taking down X links. Ultimately this means abandoning X all together.

While Bluesky is a far better product that supports our freedom instead of billionaire rule, many people are still on X just because so many still are. We're organizing to overcome this collective action problem and get more people and organizations to prioritize Bluesky.
