Shaqueille Plummer is still in segregation at HMP Swaleside, he is being held indefinitely. He has been denied his property and all of his post.

Officers are being Islamophobic and racist, mocking Shaqueille and verbally abusing him and other Black and Muslim prisoners.

The prison's own rules on solitary confinement have not been followed, according to PSO 1700, as no reason has been given to continue the indefinite segregation of Shaqueille. He has just been told by officers he will be held in segregation until "he learns his lesson" although he has not been adjudicated. This informal use of segregation is unlawful.

We must assert pressure to end this violence!
