1. Protect CDC HIV prevention grants to CBOs;
2. Urge HHS to approve funding and release overdue Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) to fund the NIH HIV clinical trials networks and Centers for AIDS Research for the next seven years; and
3. Protect and increase funding for federal HIV programs.
