We are seeking your help in getting our sponsored legislation AB 2494 (Rogers) across the finish line and signed into law by Governor Newsom. AB 2494 prioritizes Tribal co-management for our 85,000 acre state demonstration forest system and shifts the management objectives away from commercial logging to instead focus on biodiversity conservation, carbon storage and sequestration, fire resilience, outdoor access, and ecosystem health.
