The Guild contract at the American Nurses Association expired on April 30th of last year, yet we still do not have a contract.

Though the contract has been negotiated in its entirety, management led by CEO Angela Beddoe continue to insist on basing our pay increases solely on a merit pay system. A merit pay system that is not transparent, unpredictable, and relies on some managers that we have had active grievances against.

We are asking you to email Angela Beddoe today, demanding they drop this proposal which goes against the core value of the union: fairness.
