We've drafted a legislative package to address many problems in the United States. The three main planks are to end poverty, end mass incarceration, and end the endless wars, but there are also portions that will address immigration and border security, strengthen Social Security, and put us on a path to paying off the national debt. If they refuse, a union of swing voters can replace them with their major party challenger. Congress wants to keep their jobs, and Americans want problems solved, so this opens up a win-win scenario—if Washington will agree to negotiate with a union of swing voters.
