The Federal government is a disaster for environmental protections! Regulations being rolled back, standards undercut, staffing cut to the bone.  We need more than ever to establish the rights of everyone in Connecticut to a clean and healthy environment and a safe climate. SJ 37 would give the people the opportunity to vote for strong constitutional protection of our environmental rights. Ask your legislators to sponsor it, so that we can pass it through the CT General Assembly this year and send it to a vote of the people.
