It’s (way past) time for the Senate to finally pass our contract funding. There’s no good reason this should keep getting shoved to the end of the line. It’s frustrating — and frankly absurd — that we have to wait on the Legislature just to be paid for work we’ve already done. And to top it off, we’re expected to politely request (beg!) funding that’s already been set aside and budgeted — as if it’s some kind of favor.
