ASSEMBLY BILL 374 MUST BE SIGNED AND PASSED IN ORDER FOR WISCONSIN TO RECEIVE OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDS! SEND A LETTER TODAY TO ASKING GOVERNOR EVERS AND ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS TO SIGN AB 374.

ASSEMBLY BILL 374 MUST BE SIGNED!

The opioids challenge is not our own doing but rather, came to us as a result of behavior of the opioid industry. We are requesting financial resources from the pharmaceutical industry so we might engage in the abatement and mitigation of the abuse of opioids. Our loved ones have been fighting to navigate municipal, state, and federal agencies for years.

Access to funding is one of the greatest obstacles to recovery. This needs to change. Now, more than ever, individuals impacted by the addiction crisis need support.Currently, Assembly Bill 374 is before Governor Evers and and signing the legislation will position Wisconsin to receive federal opioid settlement funds. This is abatement money for the counties received through the pharmaceutical lawsuit settlements.
