FairWave, the out-of-state, private equity-backed owners of Anodyne coffee shops, has been delaying the Anodyne workers' fight for a fair union contract for a year and a half.

After cutting wages at Anodyne, FairWave's current offer to workers: $0.18 maximum annual raises. At this pace, workers would be making less money in 2043 than they were in 2020.

Email FairWave bosses today and tell them: "workers need a fair contract now!"
