Ball Arena Redevelopment of 55 Acre Surface Parking Lot
One of the largest development proposals in Denver's history needs your support! On Monday, October 21st, City Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss rezoning the Ball Arena campus, a critical step towards transforming 55-acres of surface parking lots into Denver’s newest neighborhood and a premier destination for sports, entertainment and outdoor recreation.
Your voice matters! We hope you will share your support by contacting Denver City Council before the public hearing to ask that they vote YES on Council Bills 24-1140, 1141, 1142 and 1143 and Council Resolutions 24-1038 and 1169 in support of the rezoning and redevelopment of the Ball Arena Campus.
