Tell Congress to Block Trump’s UAE Bailout Now

Trump started a reckless war with Iran, and American families are already paying the price through higher gas prices, rising energy costs, and greater economic instability.

Now the Trump administration is considering financial support for the United Arab Emirates, an oil-rich autocracy facing economic fallout from the war. Trump and his Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent have backed the idea of a bailout, even though the UAE’s central bank still has ample reserves.

That means the same administration responsible for driving up costs at home could use U.S. taxpayer cash to help a wealthy oil-rich foreign government instead of providing relief to the American people.

Trump and his family have deep business ties to the UAE, including crypto deals, real estate licensing, golf branding, and investments connected to Emirati officials and state-backed funds. The conflict of interest is impossible to ignore.

Congress must block any taxpayer-backed bailout, currency swap, or financial lifeline for the UAE. Taxpayer money should not be used to rescue an oil-rich monarchy while Americans are stuck paying the price for Trump’s war.
