Body Cameras for All Correctional Staff

We are proposing to Legislation and policy makers to add body cameras. On all Corrections staff in every state and federal institution in the United States of America. We are asking that the following including but not limited to are held accountable to this policy: Director of Prisons, Co Director of Prisons, captains, lieutenants, sergeants, unit managers, case managers, srt task force, warden, deputy warden, clergy, educators any visiting civilians personal staff. Acting on behalf of  Department of Corrections and Department of Justice while interacting with incarcerated people. This policy should  hold the same guidelines as FOP. A diversion program and annual retraining and certification on officers. With any offenses pertaining to abuse of power, derelict of duty, assault on or against incarcerated person. including but not limited to verbal, physical, retaliatory acts such as but not limited to: illegal shakedowns (excessive shakedowns more than 2 in one month per DOC policy), false conduct reports, retaliation on incarcerated person for writing informal complaints, Illegal supervision, or refusal of care from officers. As well as any medical staff including doctor's, nurses, nurse practitioners, mental health professionals and all medical staff. We are asking that all personal files such as conduct and disciplinary reports are published as public recorded. Upon request it is made available within 48-72 hours. Body cameras must be turned on immediately upon entry of the facility work areas including but not limited to, recreation areas, food hall, bathrooms, cafeteria, range or POD, school, all staff post. All extractions and shakedowns must follow with a 2 way report from incarcerated person officer or any working in official capacity of Department Of Corrections and Department of Justice. Used for review at infraction hearings. As well as available to incarcerated person and made public record.
