Bring Companion Passes to Greater Manchester

All Hours, All Voices campaigns for fair, accessible and inclusive transport for all Greater Manchester residents. Too many disabled people in Greater Manchester still face barriers to getting around - whether that’s to travel to work, education or training, volunteering, appointments or seeing friends.

We are campaigning for a transport system that works for everyone, and are calling for the introduction of companion passes for disabled people who require assistance when travelling on public transport. For some, travelling independently is not possible without the support of a companion or carer. The cost of an additional fare can be a significant barrier, limiting access to work, healthcare, social activities and community life. We know that a companion pass would make a real and immediate difference to people's lives.
