Data centers are popping up all across North Dakota with many more planned. The process for approval is convoluted and some of our elected officials are signing non-disclosure agreements meaning we the people can't even know what they are agreeing to.

We are asking for a one year moratorium on new permits so ordinances and laws catch up with the issues these facilities present. We are asking for a ban on elected officials and government employees signing non-disclosure agreements with data center developers.
