The SAVE Act could disenfranchise up to 10% of Citizens. We already have laws against non-citizen voting. Non-citizen voting and voter fraud are extremely rare and current procedures are successfully in identifying and prosecuting fraud where it exists. The research by non-partisan and even conservative groups bear out that truth.
