The Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice has inadequately funded Appellate Defense Providers, despite the workers of OAD, CAL, AppAd, and Legal Aid Society-Criminal Appeals Bureau being in the midst of contract negotiations and regaining the right to strike 7/1.
