A Miami man named Francisco Javier Ravelo has pleaded guilty in federal court to running online groups dedicated to sharing videos of baby monkeys being violently sexually tortured and abused. Court records describe extreme acts of violent, obscene cruelty filmed for sexual entertainment and distributed online.
