The Ukraine Support Act (H.R. 2913) would restore critical military aid, establish a reconstruction trust fund, extend security assistance, and counter Russian disinformation. House leadership has blocked it from reaching the floor. Rep. Gregory Meeks filed Discharge Petition No. 8 (H.Res. 518) to force a vote. If 218 members sign, the bill gets a guaranteed floor vote regardless of what leadership decides. Every signature matters. Tell your representative to sign the discharge petition and let Congress vote on standing with Ukraine.
