What’s unfolding in Gaza is a state-engineered system of violence masked as humanitarian relief. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), operating under U.S. and Israeli oversight, has turned food distribution into a death trap. Starving civilians, including children, elders, and entire families, are being shot at while attempting to collect basic aid inside fenced, militarized enclosures.

Far from delivering help, the GHF model enforces control, fuels displacement, and inflicts mass trauma.
Aid should save lives, not endanger them.

Doctors on the ground are witnessing what can only be described as a genocide by starvation and trauma, with over 500 people killed and thousands wounded at so-called “aid distribution” sites since late May. Hospitals are overwhelmed, medical infrastructure has collapsed, and aid is being used to control, displace, and destroy.

The U.S. government has just committed $30 million in taxpayer dollars to this project. That means we are all complicit,  unless we act.

This campaign is a call from the global medical community to dismantle the GHF system, restore neutral humanitarian aid, and end the weaponization of relief.

We must demand accountability. We must protect life.
