The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is rushing to put a two-year freeze on new Community Choice programs! Right in the middle of the winter holidays, the CPUC quietly drafted Resolution E-4907 in the hopes of sneaking it past the public with a planned vote in January that was postponed until Feb 8 in response to public outcry.
