Members of Congress are currently debating a transformational investment in early care & education (ECE). They need to hear support loud and clear for this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity. Seriously, the last time we got this close to such an investment was 1971… 50 years ago. A mixed-delivery, quality ECE system (which can include several names: child care, preschool, pre-k, etc. ) works for children, families, employers, and the early educators on which they all rely.  

Some lawmakers aren't convinced of the need to invest in ECE, especially after recent temporary federal infusions of COVID-19 relief funds. Our nation needs permanent, positive change. It's now or never, so please make your voice heard!
