The CDPQ has at least $14 billion in Quebec contributors and pension recipients invested in Israeli war crimes. CDPQ's year-end 2022 asset analysis shows that investment in Israeli war crimes is approaching 5%.
The CDPQ's December 31, 2022 annual report showed Israeli war crimes investments with at least 12 companies (worth $2.4 billion) identified by the UN as complicit in war crimes.
On September 15, 2022, Al-Haq and Just Peace Advocates submitted a report to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, requesting that WSP Global Inc. (WSP), a Canadian company, be included in the UN Database of Companies Operating in Illegal Israeli Settlements (“the Database”). The submission was endorsed by 105 organizations from across Canada and around the world, in addition to esteemed personalities, such as former Canadian MP Libby Davies; former UN special rapporteurs Michael Lynk, John Duggard and Richard Falk; and Noam Chomsky. As of December 31, 2022, WSP, a company in which the CDPQ has invested nearly $3.5 billion, was contracted to plan, design, maintain and extend the Jerusalem Light Rail (JLR), an Israeli public light rail system that contributes to the maintenance of illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied territories and annexed East Jerusalem. WSP facilitates the practice of forcible transfer of settlers in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT), through its construction and maintenance of the JLR, while deepening the physical, social and economic integration of the settlements. Through its active maintenance of Israel's illegal settlement enterprise in occupied East Jerusalem, WSP is implicated in gross and systematic violations of basic human rights against the protected Palestinian population.

Beyond that, the CDPQ holds a majority stake in Allied Universal which bought G4S.
In February 2019 , Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (“CDPQ”) announced a massive investment in Allied Universal (the “Company”), noting that it is the leading provider of security services in North America. , and listed the value of Allied Universal's transactions at more than US$7 billion.
This meant that Allied Universal was controlled by Quebec's CDPQ, alongside US private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
Security Info Watch reported that Allied Universal is 80% owned by the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec. Valued at $8.5 billion in 2020, if the CDPQ owns 80%, the value would appear to be around $7 billion. However, information on Allied Universal in the 2021 CDPQ report only indicates that the investment is over $1.5 billion.
