IATSE 8 Stagehands are currently in negotiations for a new contract with Encore, the in-house audio-visual provider at over 20 hotels in and around Philadelphia. We have not gotten a raise in four year, and so far, Encore has not offered a contract that comes close to what we need - wages that keep up with inflation and conditions that treat our workers with respect.
