We all want the safest sets possible, and few industries have enacted more safety protocols than the entertainment industry in the last two years. That is a good thing.

But forcing cast and crew to vaccinate or boost, regardless of natural immunity, without first checking with union membership, is a violation of our rights and does not make the workplace safer.  We know now that vaccines and boosters do not stop the spread of COVID; it is the reason why vaccine passports and requirements are being eliminated in workplaces, states and nations around the world. Vaccines and boosters should not be required as a condition of employment.

We call for the immediate repeal of these mandates.
