The Supreme Court’s recent ruling on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians and Syrians hands the Trump Administration the power to separate, detain, and deport hundreds of thousands of people and families seeking safety. We cannot stand by while this extremist court and administration strip away the rights of our people. We will not allow this administration to cruelly separate families, disappear our loved ones, and use Black and brown people as political pawns.

Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley’s discharge petition extending TPS for Haitians passed in the House of Representatives earlier this year. We must demand that the Senate pass the accompanying legislation to designate Haiti for TPS now!
