Fair Pay Now: Hourly Wages + Tips at The Fillmore

Front of House and Food and Beverage workers at the Fillmore in Philadelphia help deliver the experience guests expect every night. The union and the employer are close to finishing a contract, with one key issue remaining: their wages. Workers have been clear that their current wages are not good enough, as their employer continues to pay tipped workers the federal minimum wage of $2.83 an hour and hourly employees wages that are below a decent standard of living. This matters because it directly affects workers’ lives and stability. Taking action helps ensure the final agreement protects their workforce and reflects the value of the work they do.

Write a letter to Wolfgang Puck Catering. Tell them that workers deserve fair pay now.
