The purpose of The Exygy Workers Union - CWA is to support and ensure the well-being of our entire staff, and the workers who are at the forefront of delivering accessible and critical resources to the communities we serve.
Every worker deserves a good faith bargaining process from their employer. As we navigate effects bargaining with Exygy management, we need your support.
We are currently fighting for a fair severance package for our workers being laid off. Exygy management is offering 7 weeks of severance pay. However, the average duration of unemployment is 24 weeks. We would like to secure at least 12 weeks of severance pay for those being let go by Exygy.
