Cicero Taxpayers Deserve A Voice On Our Town Budget!

Each year at the end of March, Larry Dominick and the board of trustees vote to approve the town's annual budget. However, the budget is created behind closed doors with little opportunities for residents to have a say on how our tax dollars are being spent.

After substantial property tax increases in 2024 and with the announcement of the $96 million federal grant, the Town of Cicero will have historic levels of revenue in 2025, but so far residents continue to have no say.

We're demanding that the Town of Cicero hold a town hall meeting in the evening where they present their draft 2025 annual budget and give community members an opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions before they vote on the budget at their March 26 board meeting.
